Mr. Stange is responsible for conducting financial analysis and due diligence activities on development opportunities in the Northeast U.S. and for financial oversight, leasing, programming and third-party vendor management related to the development of East Market in Center City, Philadelphia.
Mr. Stange has nearly a decade of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and capital markets in private equity and real estate. Previously, Mr. Stange was a Senior Associate, Acquisitions and Capital Markets at The Carlton Group where he led the team responsible for raising in more than $1 billion in syndicated debt and promotable equity to finance the construction of 76 11th Avenue, an 850,000-square-foot mixed-use project in New York on behalf of HFZ Capital. Earlier in his career, he was a Director, Real Estate Debt Strategies Group at The Blackstone Group focusing on “BREDS 2”, Blackstone’s $4.2 billion real estate mezzanine debt and preferred equity fund.
Mr. Stange received a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University.
