Ms. Chamberlain is responsible for day-to-day oversight and execution of select National Development projects.
She recently worked on a comprehensive renovation and refinancing of the Sheraton Downtown Los Angeles, which upgraded on completion to the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles, a higher echelon within the Sheraton brand. With a strong background in entitlement, design, financing, leasing and construction processes, Ms. Chamberlain provides support in each phase of development. She is also tasked with primary communication responsibilities, both internally and with third parties, to coordinate and execute project schedules effectively. Ms. Chamberlain joined National Real Estate Advisors in 2011, as an analyst in market research and investment underwriting and transferred to National Development in 2013.
Ms. Chamberlain graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Urban & Environmental Planning, a BA in Economics as well as a minor in Architecture. Previously, she worked at Fairfax County’s Department of Planning and Zoning and held internships at two local architecture firms: KishimotoGordonDalaya and Devereaux and Associates. Ms. Chamberlain is also a member of CREW Washington, DC, ICSC and ULI.
