Mr. Killinger is responsible for leading a team of experienced development and construction professionals for National Real Estate Development, the wholly owned development management subsidiary of National Real Estate Advisors, LLC. Mr. Killinger also serves as a member of National’s Management Committee.

As President of National Development, Daniel is responsible for the overall execution of a $2 billion project portfolio, comprising of four million square feet of mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles. Daniel is also charged with identifying new business opportunities where National Development can promote National’s mission of responsible development. Prior to his current role, Daniel oversaw National Development’s East Market project in Philadelphia, PA, as Managing Director, Development.

Daniel has diverse experience as a real estate professional investing in and developing urban, mixed-use residential, office, hospitality and community focused art-based projects. Prior to joining National Development in 2013, Daniel was the Executive Vice President for Real Estate Planning and Development with Edison Properties in Newark, NJ. Daniel was also a Managing Director for Goldman Properties in New York, NY.  Daniel began his career as an architect with Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC in New York, NY. Daniel is a member of NAIOP’s Government Affairs committee and a founding member of the Philadelphia Real Estate Alliance.

Mr. Killinger received a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
