Mr. French works closely with senior professionals to manage and resolve day-to-day issues and ensure project completion of select development projects in National Development’s portfolio.
He is currently dedicated to the East Market project in Philadelphia, PA, supporting the communication of priorities and assisting in the planning, organization, execution, and management of the development team’s goals, objectives, and progress.
During his tenure with National Development, he also has made contributions to the East Market project as a Construction Manager, overseeing the day-to-day construction activities on the project. Prior to joining National Development, Mr. French worked for seven years with Clark Construction Group, LLC, focusing on federal construction projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including Constitution Square, the new headquarters for the National Geospatial Agency in Springfield, VA, and a mission critical government facility in Ft. Meade, MD. As a project manager for Clark, Mr. French served as the principal company representative responsible for project administration, finances, owner relationships, and staff assignment/training on select projects.
Mr. French holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Engineering from Washington & Lee University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
