National Celebrates Official Grand Opening of The Noble, Northern Liberties’ Newest Residential Tower

13-story, 360-unit residential tower integrates Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods
National Real Estate Advisors, LLC, in partnership with Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE), celebrated the grand opening of The Noble, a 13-story, 360-unit residential tower at 200 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia. The event, featuring a poolside party on June 27 with City Fitness, welcomed residents, friends, and special guest speakers. The project was developed in a joint venture between National’s subsidiary, National Real Estate Development, LLC, and KRE Group.
“The Noble creates a new corner in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood furthering the connection to the Old City community,” said Daniel Killinger, President of National Real Estate Development. “So much of this new tower is inspired by the vibrant arts and culture scene in Philadelphia to create a place where individuality is encouraged, diversity is embraced, and personality is expressed. Design Inspired by Local Architecture
Positioned at the corner of 200 Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia, The Noble is designed by Handel Architects with interiors by Major. The Noble’s modern architecture takes inspiration from the warehouse-style buildings of Northern Liberties and the unique urban environment. The building is brought to life by hand-laid brick on both the street and courtyard facades and a curving metal cornice. The porte-cochere curves around a column “tree” that splays outward to support the building above.

In collaboration with Mural Arts Philadelphia, The Noble’s art program includes a mural created by renowned Miami-based artist HOXXOH (Douglas Hoekzema). Using a unique, pressurized spray paint application technique utilizing gardening hoses and nozzles, HOXXOH used this process to create the improvised 1,365 sq. ft. mural on a corrugated metal wall facing The Noble’s outdoor garden. HOXXOH’s mural is a stunning display of sweeping color fields and abstract designs that speak to the imagination and challenge perceptions of what public art can be.

In addition to state-of-the-art residential units, The Noble features a range of shared amenities available to meet the needs of modern city-dwellers. Tenants of The Noble, in which City Fitness resides, will be provided membership to City Fitness Northern Liberties.
