Mr. Dylus provides construction-related expertise in a review and oversight capacity where lead responsibility for development and construction activities lies with National’s development partners and borrowers; and in a direct capacity where National assumes a lead role as developer or co-developer in projects across the United States.
Mr. Dylus joined National in 2013 after a career as a Vice President with The Clark Construction Group, LLC. While at Clark, he had assignments in base building operations, pre-construction, estimating, legal and risk management. He has extensive experience in office, hotel, apartment and condominium construction, and contract negotiation. He also held a position with ING Clarion Partners, LLC as a Senior Vice President managing its $2 billion portfolio of construction projects, including all construction related development activities.
Mr. Dylus is a member of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, (DCBIA), and is a member of its Construction and Development Committee. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the School of Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
