Mr. Morettini plays a key role at National Real Estate Development, where he works closely with senior-level construction and development teams to manage day-to-day activities for complex real estate projects. Currently, he is overseeing an office-to-residential conversion at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue in Washington, D.C. His responsibilities include ensuring that construction efforts meet established high-quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
At National, Mr. Morettini has successfully delivered multiple high-profile projects. Notably, he has been integral to the development of East Market, a full city block mixed-use development in Philadelphia, including two residential towers, The Ludlow and The Girard, an office building, a historic office-to-hotel conversion into the Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia, as well as the Honickman Center for Jefferson Health, a state-of-the-art medical office building. He regularly collaborates with clients to align project execution with strategic goals and works directly with some of the most experienced contractors in the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. markets, ensuring successful and efficient project delivery.
Prior to joining National in 2017, Mr. Morettini spent 13 years at Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Morettini serves as an Adjunct Professor for Drexel University’s College of Engineering. He is a long-standing member of the University’s Construction Management Advisory Board.
Mr. Morettini also sits on the board of the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s Philadelphia Chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and was recently inducted into Drexel’s Sigma Lambda Chi Construction Management Honor Society as a faculty member.
