Jefferson Honickman Center, located at 1101 Chestnut Street, opened in April 2024 as the final phase of the East Market development in downtown Philadelphia. This 462,000-square-foot Medical Office Building (MOB), developed by National Real Estate Development in partnership with Jefferson Health, includes a 300-car below-grade parking structure and brings cutting-edge medical services to the area. 

 The building’s design, by Ennead Architects, combines the two-story bay architectural rhythms of the site with a contemporary curved glass façade, reflecting Jefferson’s advanced technologies. The project preserves the original master plan by completing Chestnut Walk, connecting Market and Chestnut Streets, while enhancing ground-floor retail and pedestrian activity.
